What to Expect and What You'll Need: 

  • Be prepared to schedule approximately 45 mins, 2x per week to complete the exercise videos
  • Jillian will guide you through a moderate intensity video exercise program, giving you options to modify as needed
  • You won't need a lot of equipment to get started, just a computer or tablet, a safe space, a chair, some free weights or resistance bands, and a mat
